She has been recruiting since 2001 after working in marketing and sales for CPG and internet companies. In the ten+ years of conducting hundreds of executive searches across all functional categories for both large established brands and small, entrepreneurial start-ups, Julie’s experience in striking the delicate balance of matching clients and candidates has earned long-term loyalty from her clients and candidates. Julie has an MBA from UCLA and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Diego State University.
John brings the extra-mile approach to his recruiting clients – sourcing and presenting only the most qualified candidates so clients can focus on their business. John has worked in executive recruiting as well as held senior roles in finance, business development, operations and marketing for large corporations, family-businesses, marketing/digital agencies and online start-ups. He has hired scores of people cross-functionally both as a hiring manager and recruiter, and knows how important the right hire can be for the success of a client’s business. John has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from UCLA.
